Foster Application

Thank you for your interest in giving a rescue dog a home! This is a common application for Rain or Shine Rescue's Foster and Adoption programs. Completing this application is only the first step to becoming an approved foster, adopter, or both. Depending on which track you choose, you'll be invited to complete the corresponding program's unique approval process.
